SUNNYVALE, Calif. – Nov. 2, 2017 – Intrinsic ID, the world’s leading provider of digital authentication technology for Internet of Things security and embedded applications, announced it will demonstrate device-to-cloud mutual authentication during an Amazon Web Services Loft event today in San Francisco.
Intrinsic ID will demonstrate device-to-cloud mutual authentication using SPARTAN™, a digital authentication software module for Internet of Things and embedded applications. SPARTAN adds authentication capabilities to BROADKEY™, Intrinsic ID’s software solution for secure key management, and provides unique, unclonable identities to microcontrollers and other semiconductors, which allows them to connect seamlessly and securely to managed cloud platforms such as AWS IoT. This enables hardware-based security that can be implemented on virtually any CPU without the need for additional hardware such as a secure element or Trusted Platform Module.
